Call centre globalisation?
As far as I can remember there has been quite a bit of talk about call centres relocating to India. Seems like this move is running into its first problems: Call centre staff unable to understand place names as well as high attrition rates.
Is globalisation and the knowledge economy not as easy as a lot of people thought?
