Sunday morning news reading
A collection of news I found interesting this Sunday morning:
- Is New Media dead? asks the New York Times, questioning if the promises of the New Media hype have been fulfilled. It might yet happen though, as Business Week comments in The E-Biz Surprise
- The New York Times also comments on why it's fun to hate spam. Although Betsy and Luvenia promising me the enlargement of a certain part of my anatomy are getting a bit boring after the 50th mail...
- Alf Young in the Sunday Herald has a good summary about the fear of central bankers of deflation, or "doing a Japan" as he calls it.
- On a lighter note the Sunday Herald reports about the problems film makers are facing when filming the latest Harry Potter movie in the Highlands. No, not the midges, hikers and Harry Potter fans are the problem.
Update, more news:
- The Washington Post informs us that the US weapon inspectors will be withdrawn from Iraq soon, having found, well, nothing really. Ooops.
- But for now I leave you with a lighter note again: The BBC reports about a a road bridge for mice.
