I had a very nice afternoon walking Route 6 - Wootton Rivers to Savernake of the Walker's Web routes. I walked about 4 hours at a leisurely pace to cover the just over 8 miles. The walk started in Wootton Rivers and followed the Kennet and Avon Canal for a while until it reached the Bruce Tunnel.
Here I turned off and walked past Durley towards Tottenham House before turning off to Savernake Forest. Finally the clouds started to break up, allowing me to take pictures for a nice panorama:

A very nice afternoon, weather permitting I'll probably try another one of the walks tomorrow.
