The Big Smoke

A bit of Sunday afternoon excitement:

Picture of the view towards the burning buildingWhen I went into my bedroom some time this afternoon and looked out of the window I noticed huge plumes of smoke not too far away. And realised why I had noticed a lot of sirens earlier. A building may be 200-300m from my house was on fire. I didn't go over to look at it, just took a few pictures from window. It took several hours to extinguish the fire, at least that's how long I could see a lot of smoke rising up into the sky. Luckily the wind was blowing the smoke away from my house, otherwise it could have been quite unpleasant.

I haven't found anything on the news websites yet, should it be reported somewhere I'll update the link here.
