Torture in Iraq?

While there is to my knowledge still no conclusive proof of chemical or biological weapons, at least the first signs of potential torture seem to have been found. If that justifies a war with all its consequences is another question.

SeeNN/Roiters: US
forces today moved in on an Iraqi Primary School and detained teacher Mohammed
Al-Hazar. When arrested, it was found Al-Hazar was in possession of a ruler, a protractor, a set square and a calculator.

US President George W Bush said later in a news conference that the discovery was clear and overwhelming evidence that Iraq indeed possesses weapons of maths instruction.
