Back in 2004 I posted a map of countries I have visited in the world, followed by a map of countries I have visited in Europe. Time to take it to the next level. Via An Englishman's Castle (who is blogging from somewhere not too far away from Swindon, I think) I found a map to mark the counties you've visited in Britain:
I've visited the counties in yellow. Which counties have you visited? made by marnanel map reproduced from Ordnance Survey map data by permission of the Ordnance Survey. © Crown copyright 2001. |
Some of these I have only driven through on my way to Scotland (I'll let you figure out which ones they are...), the others I have visited at least for a couple of hours, often longer. Does this map show that I've seen more of Scotland than of England? I guess it does, I think my World Tour of Scotland might have something to do with that...
