Time for a Drink
After a nice walk you might want to relax with a nice beer. Help is at hand: Bagger has just branched out and started the Real Beer Blog (just added to my blogroll). Let me help him with a few suggestions for beers to try and/or link to: Islay Ales, Fyne Ales and Arran Ales. I'm looking forward to some Islay Ales after a days walk during the WalkIslay walking week in four weeks.
And despite some bad news for beer drinkers, whisky drinkers don't get hit in the 2005 budget: The tax for spirits (which includes whisky) remains unchanged. Which is good especially because Laphroaig 10-Year-Old Cask Strength is the best Scotch Whisky in the world.
